About me
I'm a registered Clinical Psychologist practicing in Noordhoek, Cape Town, where I work with individuals of all ages and life stages.

My path to psychology was shaped by over 20 years in media and advertising, along with extensive travel and connecting with people from all walks of life.
These experiences deepened my fascination with human relationships and how we navigate the world around us—ultimately leading me to this meaningful work.

My work has been further shaped by a significant experience of loss in 2023.
Through this experience my view of the human experience has expanded to incorporating not only the psychological, but also the physical and spiritual aspects of the individual.
My Approach
I believe we become who we are through our relationships and life experiences. Each person's journey is unique, which is why I draw on different therapeutic approaches to provide care that's tailored to you.
Within a safe and supportive space, we can work together to understand your needs and find ways forward through whatever challenges you're facing.
"Asking for help can feel overwhelming, but I believe that reaching out shows courage and strength."

Training & Experience
I completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the University of Cape Town.
My internship at Lentegeur Psychiatric Hospital gave me broad experience across the Intellectual Disability Unit, Child and Family Unit, Forensic Unit, and Adult therapeutic services. I also provided primary mental health care at Du Noon Community Health Clinic.

For my community service year, I worked at Pollsmoor Correctional Services with female offenders and mothers with their babies. Throughout my training and practice, I've worked with people across the lifespan, gaining experience in assessment, management, and treatment of various psychological concerns.
